13/ February 7, 2012 - For the Love of Yarns

I took the van again on my way back to Baguio. It took us only 2 hours on the way. Good! I still have time to roam around the market to look for yarn stores.

From Otek street, i walked through Shanum then to Abanao, then from Abanao to Kayang. I couldn't find the store where it says on the internet, a tailoring, yarns and threads shop. It should be here somewhere. at Kayang street. Asked an old lady from one of the stores who sells plastics where the shop could be, she said it should be in Maharlika.

Although Maharlika is only one block away from Kayang, i decided to go to Hilltop instead to look for bags and shoes! Hehe! I'll go to Maharlika on some other day. Besides, it's getting late. I might not find a ride back home.

12/ February 6, 2012 - Kinilaw Pork Belly with Tofu

It's the first time mama didn't want me to leave home for work because she wanted me to be the one who'll prepare dinner. Today's dinner is Kinilaw Pork Belly with Tofu. I thought i was the one who's supposed to prepare dinner but at only 5 p.m. mama is already cooking. Nice! I did nothing, just ate!

11/ February 5, 2012 - My Everybody's Bed

I got home late and caught mama sleeping on my bed when i arrived. I have no choice but to sleep beside ma.

Yeah so i couldn't sleep. I was supposed to crochet but since mama was in my room and on my bed, i couldn't turn on the light.

10/ February 4, 2012 - Strawberries, A Lame Excuse

I took the van this time. I was in front. I can see the road clearly like i was the one driving. On my lap was my two animal printed bags. One carrying 2 and a half kilos of strawberries and the other one, my other stuffs.

I wanted to sleep but i'm afraid i might fall on my seat and end up embarassing myself to the driver and the other man beside me. We are taking the Kennon Road so there would be a hundred sharp curves. Sitting still would cause a lot of effort unless you're wearing a seatbelt so sleeping wouldn't be a great idea.

I am bringing the other half kilos of strawberries to J. Those strawberries are just my excuse to see him. I know he wouldn't appreciate those strawberries and i was right.

"Anong gagawin ko dito?", he asked.

"Eh di kainin mo!", i shouted back.

What a lame excuse. He would be more happier if i just brought him Chowking's Halo-Halo.

9/ February 3, 2012 - Sleepholic

I really hate the sound of an alarm clock.

I read somewhere that in psychology, sleep is one of the most common forms of ESCAPE, escape from loneliness, sadness, frustrations, rejections and from almost any problem possible.

I slept the whole again today.

8/ February 2, 2012 - Shoe-caholic

I admit, I'm obsessed with shoes or any foot wear that attracts my eyes. In a year i must have bought more or less 15 pairs. Well that's not normal for someone whose work is only at home and barely go out.

7/ February 1, 2012 - Sometimes

Sometimes i hate the breaking dawn. Sometime i hate the sun. Sometime the sunlight makes me feel stressed out. Maybe because when the sun is about to rise, it is time for me to sleep and when i wake up, it's time for work again.

6/ January 31, 2012 - HAPPY LOVE MONTH!

I cooked Chicken Curry for dinner today.

Tomorrow will be the first day of February. Everyone on my Facebook friends started to post something like "Happy Love Month". I don't wanna be called bitter or something but, hindi ba pwedeng everyday eh valentines day? Yun nga lang mamumulubi ang mga magbibigay ng flowers and chocolates, maraming sasakit ang ngipin, at yayaman ang mga flower shops!

5/ JANUARY 30, 2012 - GROUCHING LIKE A TIGER

I can feel the warmth of the newly prepared Yum with TLC passing through my stomach from the inside of my animal printed bag as i patiently wait for a rare Leonila Hill jeepney at the corner of Calderon Street and Harrison Road. I can't wait to eat it! My stomach is already grouching like a tiger!

4/ January 29, 2012 - Goodnight is Good Afternoon

"Bakit ngayon ka lang? San ka nagpunta?",  they anguishly asked when i arrived home. They were playing chess in the living room.

Surprisingly my brother and my sister who were playing chess were the ones who asked me where i went last night. Isn't supposed to be my mother should ask me those questions? They laughed when i didn't answer them. I went straight to my room, took off my shoes and with my hands above the air, i lay down on my bed. Good afternoon!
